1. General Terms & Definitions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the business relationship between our manufacturing coordination service and international B2B clients for cosmetic brush manufacturing services.

- ODM: Original Design Manufacturing with our design templates
- OEM: Original Equipment Manufacturing based on client specifications
- MOQ: Minimum Order Quantity (200-2,000 sets depending on product type)
- FOB: Free On Board shipping terms from Ningbo/Shanghai/Shenzhen ports
2. Manufacturing Services & Specifications
Design-Driven ODM Factory
- • Vegan synthetic materials (PBT/Taklon/Natrafil)
- • MOQ: 200-500 sets per design
- • Sampling: 7-12 days
- • Production: 25-35 days
- • Compliance: REACH, FSC packaging
Volume-Focused OEM Factory
- • Standard synthetic fibers (PBT/Nylon/Polyester)
- • MOQ: 800-2,000 sets per design
- • Sampling: 10-15 days
- • Production: 30-45 days
- • Quality: AQL 1.5/4.0 standards
Material Specifications
All synthetic fibers are vegan-certified. Ferrules use aluminum (0.25-0.5mm thickness) or brass construction. Handles available in birch wood, bamboo, aluminum, or ABS plastic with water-based coatings.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Payment Structure
- Standard Terms: T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- Sampling: PayPal accepted for sample payments ($30-$200 per set)
- Large Orders: Letter of Credit (L/C) accepted for orders ≥$50,000
- Sample Policy: Sample fees refundable upon confirmed production order

Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that all products meet agreed specifications. Defective products exceeding AQL standards will be replaced or refunded. Quality claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Shipping Documentation

6. Liability & Dispute Resolution
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the FOB value of defective goods. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, shipping delays) are excluded from liability claims.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain rights to their designs and trademarks. We maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information. Our ODM designs remain our intellectual property but grant usage rights upon confirmed orders.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, arbitration under Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules applies. English law governs these terms.
